What do your plans include?

Both plans include multiple sets of comprehensive questionnaires designed to uncover nutritional deficiencies, potential conditions, and the root cause of your ailments. An HTMA test is also included in each price, which will test your hair for mineral deficiencies and heavy metals – these two consistencies indicate the root cause of where your conditions potentially began. What can I expect once I sign up?

Once you apply to become a new client, I will send you a link to book a free 15-minute zoom call to decide if you are a good fit for the program. If I am not the right fit, I will try my best to point you in the right direction.

If you are a good fit, I will email you a starter package. This will take you to your own client portal where all of your documents will be available to be filled out.

Next, I will ask you to send in a hair sample to complete the HTMA test. Once these are filled out and your results come back, you will be instructed to book your first initial call with me via Zoom. This first call will take 1.5 hours and will include your recommendations, as well as your lab results from your HTMA test.

Follow-up calls vary based on your package and can range from 2-4 sessions lasting 45 minutes each.

Is there a specific diet you have to follow?

There is no one-size-fits-all diet! I am very anti-restriction unless there is an allergy or intolerance. I like to focus more on adding in the most nutrient-dense foods possible, while still enjoying carbs, sugar, and processed food (depending on your goals).

Are meal plans included?

I have created recipes and basic meal plans for those who would like some help getting started. However, they are completely optional!

What symptoms or issues have you worked with?

I am specialized in gut health, mental wellness, and boosting the metabolism. However, the most common symptoms I help clients with are chronic bloating, migraines, restless sleep/ insomnia, adult acne, lethargy, anxiety, depression, and weight gain.

Will I gain or lose weight?

Oftentimes, clients have a change in weight while working together. If you are someone who runs off stress hormones, with a low-calorie, low-carb, low-sugar lifestyle, chances are you will gain some “safety weight”. When the body starts getting what it needs (nutrients), the reaction at first is to store all calories. This is usually short-term and is typically rescinded within 100 days. If you are someone who has already gained some “safety weight” and have tried typical “diet and exercise” to lose weight with no luck, there’s a good chance that weight loss can be achieved.

However, this program is not a weight loss program. There are many factors in achieving weight loss or weight gain, including hormone balance, addressing nutrient deficiencies, stress reduction, proper movement, caloric deficit/ surplus, and even body dysmorphia. These are all topics that are covered in each package.

How can I contact you during our time working together?

I use a platform called Practice Better to contact all clients. Once you are accepted as a new client and payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to your personal portal within that communication platform. I do not answer DMs or give medical advice on any platform.

What is an HTMA Lab Test?

HTMA stands for hair, tissue, mineral, and analysis testing. Please read my blog on why I have every client take this test.

Are there refunds available if I don’t see results?

Due to the nature of our sessions and the educational information given within the programs, I only offer partial refunds based on what sessions have been utilized.

Can I buy extra sessions with you if I need them?

At this time, I only offer extra sessions on a limited basis. If you are interested, please inquire during our time working together or contact me via email.
